Kasol is a village situated in Himachal Pradesh, India. The village is located on the Parvati valley which lies on the Parvati River. 1. Parvati River

As mentioned earlier, Kasol is located on the banks of the Parvati River. This river is one of the major attractions of the village. Beauty of the valley along with the river flowing by its side sets it apart from the rest of the scenic places. Visiting this river will give you a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. 2. Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara

It is a Gurudwara (Sikh temple) built between two raving rivers – Beas and Parvati. Manikaran Sahib welcomes thousands of Sikhs and Hindus throughout the year. A hot spring originates at its peak that flows through the entire temple. Devotees believe that the water from the spring is sacred and therefore, they take a dip in the water believing that it would wash away all their sins. The view of the valley and the aura of the Gurudwara gives one all the more reason to visit it. Being of pilgrim value, Sikhs are automatically attracted to this place. Also, the temple being located in the proximity of the village attracts a large number of tourists.

3. Malana Village

Malana is a small hamlet located between the majestic peaks of Chandrakhani and Deotibba. It seems to have isolated itself from the world. One would feel at utmost peace in this serene place. The beauty of the village is really a treat to one’s eyes. People into adventure can even go for trekking here. We can assure you that it would be one of the calmest treks you would ever experience. 4. Kheer Ganga Peak

Kheer Ganga is said to be one of the easiest treks. It is said to be a very joyous one too. It is a 9 km long trek with trails that connect the trekker to the top of the hill. Like all the other places in Kasol, Kheer Ganga also promises to leave you awestruck with its natural scenic beauty. The happiness one gets on reaching the top of the hill is something that cannot be expressed in words. You can also relax by taking a dip in the hot spring that originates from the top of the hill itself. A trekking experience like this one is difficult to find anywhere else. 5. Bhuntar Town

Bhuntar is a small town located in the valley of  Parvati River. It is just 30 kms away from Kasol. Lying in between the steep trails and the dense forests, Bhuntar is another place to treat your eyes. The drive to Bhuntar is a one that requires experience because of the narrow trails and tricky roads. Shopping, relaxing, sightseeing and discovering other local activities are some of the things one can do at Bhuntar. This again comes under one of the most peaceful places of Kasol and an ideal destination for people looking for a peaceful environment.
