Located on the Gurgaon-Farukhnagar road, Sultanpur bird sanctuary is about 16 kilometres from Gurgaon. The sanctuary is home to over 200 different kinds of bird species and has some unique migratory birds as well that come to visit during specific seasons. These include the Siberian crane, the flamingo, yellow wagtail and the rosy pelican. The sanctuary also has a few animals like the mongoose, nilgai and deer. It has its own tourist lodge that is looked after by the Haryana Tourism Corporation. The best time to visit the place is between September and March when the birds are visiting!

5. Mata Sheetala Devi Temple

Located in the city of Manesar, the Mata Sheetala Devi temple is very popular amongst Hindu pilgrims that come here all year around. The most popular of the times to visit the temple is in the month of March to April when the temple celebrates Chaitra.
