1. Majorda Beach

You can either enjoy water activities like swimming and skiing or simply sunbathe, relaxing your senses under the calming breeze. One of the best bakeries is found at this beach, where you must drop by if you have a sweet tooth. Also, you can try the delicious sea food and Goan cuisine at Majorda beach.

2. Mayem Lake

Mayem, which is also known as Maya lake, is a freshwater lake and a very popular picnic spot. It offers fun activities like boating and bird watching. This place has a park close to the lake where you can have a gala time munching and playing with each other. There are also resorts and restaurants nearby the lake if you wish to stay overnight.

3. Spice Garden

It is a must visit place to explore the various spices and herbs and getting to know about their significance and medicinal values. Here, the guests are warmly welcomed and taken on tours of the Spice Gardens. These guides are a great source of knowledge; they explain things like climbing, swinging and various kinds of farming techniques used in this garden. A sumptuous yet simple food comprising of local Goan seafood is served to all the guests.

4. Dudhsagar Waterfalls

As the name suggests, this waterfall is known for the heavy white foam that is formed by the gushing waters, thus giving it the appearance of a pouring milk stream, thus giving it the name Dudhsagar or Sea of Milk. This place is rich in greenery and is famous for adventures like hill climbing. You can climb the hills, bathe in the cool waters or simply enjoy the view. People often explore this place through jeep safaris, which is advised if you do not wish to exert yourself. Monsoon is the most recommended season to visit this place.

5. Cansaulim Monte

Cansaulim is a small village in the southern part of Goa. It is perched at the top of a hill on South Goan coast. It is a very admirable and peaceful place to relax. The Church here is very well known for the Chapel of Three Kings where a frolic festival is held in which kids enact an ancient story. Music and dance also accompany the event. A fest is held in which people come together, eat, drink and exchange souvenirs thus making it a delightful evening. This place is not just loved by kids but also by the elderly people. It will give you a very lively and enriching experience.
